The administrator does not automatically process any data about movement on the website, nor does it use cookies or analytical tools.
IV. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Performance of a contract – for communication, cooperation records, administrative and billing purposes. (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
- Legitimate interest of the controller – keeping records of contacts, improving services, direct communication with models and partners. (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
- Consent of the data subject – if you voluntarily provide us with data for possible cooperation, registration, or sending information. (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)

V. Retention period for personal data
We store data processed for the purposes of contract performance for the duration of the cooperation and for a maximum of 5 years after its termination, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., accounting documents – 10 years).
We store data processed on the basis of consent until consent is revoked, but for no longer than 3 years.
After the retention period has expired, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.
VI. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may only be accessed by:
- people involved in providing our services (e.g., accounting firm, web hosting, email service provider),
- contractual partners or external collaborators of the agency who perform tasks according to our instructions and comply with the principles of the GDPR.
The administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU unless an adequate level of protection is ensured.

We store data on servers located in the EU and protected by strong passwords and regular backups.

These Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing take effect on November 1, 2025.
